What makes a good business owner?
A good business owner is someone who can see the big picture and also focus on the small details. They have a clear vision for their company and are motivated to achieve it, but they’re also willing to put in the hard work necessary to make it a reality. They’re decisive yet flexible, and they’re able to make tough decisions when needed while still keeping the best interests of their company in mind. And lastly, they’re good at building relationships with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
