What jobs will become obsolete in the next 15 years?
In the next 15 years, a lot of jobs will become obsolete. For instance, many people say that cashiers will soon be replaced by machines because of the increasing popularity of self-checkouts and the decreasing cost of an automated technology.
Another job that’s in danger of becoming obsolete is the librarian. With books being replaced by Kindles and other e-readers, libraries are starting to close down at an alarming rate. And let’s not forget about the journalists. With the invention of social media, news sources are no longer just limited to major networks and newspapers. Nowadays, anyone can be a journalist by sharing their story on Twitter or Facebook.
