  • How do you ask for feedback from a CEO?

Posted by Christian on November 27, 2022 at 2:03 pm

It depends on the CEO and the company culture.

In some companies, the CEO is highly accessible and actively seeks feedback from employees. In other companies, the CEO may be more aloof and only take feedback from a select few people.

The best way to ask for feedback from a CEO usually depends on the relationship you have with that CEO. If you don’t have a close relationship, then it might be better to send an email or go through a third party. If you have a close relationship, then you might want to just walk up to them and ask them directly.
