Productivity is all about finding the things that work best for you and your team and then sticking to them. For some people, that means having a set daily routine. For others, it might be batching similar tasks together. And for others still, it might mean taking regular breaks throughout the day.
The key is to find what works best for you and then do your best to stick to it. Of course, there will always be days (or even weeks) where things are just tougher than usual and productivity dips as a result. But if you can focus on getting back on track as quickly as possible, you’ll eventually get back into your groove.
