  • When is marketing research unnecessary?

Posted by Christian on May 24, 2022 at 6:35 pm

Marketing research is unnecessary when you’re an egomaniac who thinks you know everything about your customers and what they want. Seriously though, marketing research is never unnecessary. There’s always something to learn about your audience that you can use to improve your product or service offering. The key is to make sure that you’re constantly asking the right questions and testing different hypotheses. Remember, even if you think you know everything about your customers, there’s always room for improvement!
